Haven Lane took over the social media accounts in July 2025 with the following goals:

  • Grow engagement (comments, saves, shares, clicks) rather than just follower count.

  • Shift demographics to include more 20s/30s alongside their core base.

  • Develop a clear brand voice that balanced education, advocacy, and inspiration.

  • Build community through themed campaigns

Within 45 days, we saw growth in all areas.
